Adani Total Gas AGM to be held today
Adani Total Gas (ATGL) will hold its 21st Annual General Meeting (AGM) today, June 25, 2026, at 5:00 PM. Investors will closely track the management’s commentary on business growth, demand trends, expansion plans and the outlook for the city gas distribution sector.
For the quarter ended March 2026, the company reported a 4 percent year-on-year rise in standalone net profit to Rs 156 crore, while revenue increased 16 percent to Rs 1,696 crore. Standalone EBITDA grew 13 percent to Rs 310 crore during the period.
On a consolidated basis, Q4 net profit rose 9 percent year-on-year to Rs 168 crore. For the full financial year FY26, however, consolidated profit after tax declined 2 percent to Rs 637 crore.
The Board has recommended a final dividend of Rs 0.25 per equity share, equivalent to 25 percent of the face value of Re 1 per share. The record date for determining eligible shareholders was June 12, 2026.
Shareholders eligible to vote at the AGM were determined based on the June 18, 2026 cut-off date, while the remote e-voting facility remained open from June 21 to June 24 through NSDL.
