Alloy Holdings has completed the acquisitions of GSM Metals and Cimini & Associates, expanding the Rhode Island-based company’s capabilities across precious metals, advanced materials and critical energy applications.
GSM Metals will continue operating under its existing name, while Cimini & Associates will operate as C&A Advanced Materials. Both companies are now wholly owned subsidiaries of Alloy Holdings and will maintain their existing locations and customer relationships.
GSM Metals, based in Cranston, Rhode Island, adds precious-metal mill products serving premium and luxury jewelry, commercial and specialty-material applications.
The business joins Alloy Holdings companies Lee’s Manufacturing and Morvillo Precision Products, expanding the group’s capabilities across the precious metals market.
C&A Advanced Materials, based in Westerly, Rhode Island, adds manufacturing capabilities involving advanced electrical materials and components used across grid infrastructure, power generation and distribution.
Its high-performance rod materials are also used in nuclear reactor technology worldwide.
The acquired businesses were built over 34 years by the Singh family. Alloy Holdings plans to maintain their existing operations while pursuing additional opportunities for improvement and long-term growth.
Alloy Holdings is focused on metals, advanced materials and precision manufacturing and has a combined workforce of approximately 450 employees across its operating companies.
