A crude oil tanker has been struck on the port side by an unknown projectile approximately four nautical miles east of Oman. According to reports from the tanker master and the UK Maritime Trade Organization, which is monitoring the incident off the Oman coast, all crew members aboard the vessel are safe and uninjured. Furthermore, no oil spill or environmental damage has been reported following the strike in Oman waters.
