Akakus Oil Operations announced yesterday that it has recorded its highest daily production rate since 2014—marking the highest production level in the past twelve years—with an output of 332,056 barrels of crude oil during July 2026.

The company said this record is achieved thanks to the efforts of its national workforce and the ongoing collaboration among all teams.

Akakus said this achievement is the result of the continued implementation of drilling and well-tie-in programmes, alongside efforts to enhance operational efficiency. These initiatives have contributed to increasing production capacity, boosting operational reliability, and meeting the company’s targets.

Akakus Oil Operations said this underscores its commitment to continuously developing its operations and enhancing performance, driven by the competence of its national workforce and the integrated efforts of all departments, as well as operational and support teams.
