Droxford-based Glowsure Insurance Brokers has become part of the JMG Group, aiming to expand its services and increase revenue five-fold by 2028.
The company, founded in 2014 by husband-and-wife team Wesley and Rebecca Haynes, serves commercial clients across Hampshire and beyond.
Ms Haynes said: “We’ve grown steadily over the past 10 years and felt the time was right to find a partner that shares our values and can help us achieve our growth ambitions.
“From our first meeting, it was clear that JMG Group would be the right fit for us.
“They are professional, approachable and have the same commitment to putting clients first.”
The deal marks a key milestone for the family-run business and follows the retirement of financial director Kerry Haynes, Wesley’s mother, after more than a decade of service.
Glowsure’s 15-strong team will benefit from new career opportunities, while clients will gain access to a wider range of insurance services and expertise.
