Mumbai: Yes Bank has allotted 2,23,153 equity shares following the exercise of employee stock options under its YBL ESOS 2020 Scheme and RSU Plan 2024, the lender said in a regulatory filing.
The allotment was approved by the bank’s Nomination & Remuneration Committee on April 23, 2026.
₹26 Lakh Raised Through Stock Option Exercise
The bank said it has realised ₹26,01,340.50 from the exercise of 2,23,153 stock options under the YBL PESOP 2020 Plan and RSU framework.
Employee stock ownership initiatives are aimed at aligning employee interests with long-term shareholder value and strengthening talent retention.
Paid-Up Share Capital Increased
Following the allotment, the bank’s paid-up equity share capital has increased:
- Earlier: ₹62,760,432,748 (31,38,02,16,374 shares)
- After allotment: ₹62,760,879,054 (31,38,04,39,527 shares)
The shares have a face value of ₹2 each.
Disclosure to Stock Exchanges
The bank informed both the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India about the allotment in compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
