Bandhan Life Insurance, the life insurance arm of the Bandhan Group, on February 10 announced the launch of a new Unit Linked Insurance Plan (ULIP), iInvest Ultima, along with a new Mid Cap fund under a new fund launch (NFL). The Mid Cap fund opens at a net asset value (NAV) of ₹10 and will remain open for subscription until February 18, 2026.

The iInvest Ultima plan is aimed at long-term wealth creation while offering life protection. Alongside the new Mid Cap NFL, the product provides access to Bandhan Life Insurance’s 5-star and 4-star rated funds, which have outperformed industry benchmarks, as per Morningstar ratings. The plan also includes benefits such as an Accidental Death Benefit Rider, loyalty rewards, and a return of 100% of mortality charges from the 15th policy year.

Designed for customers aged between 30 and 50 years, iInvest Ultima is targeted at individuals comfortable with market-linked returns and an annual investment of ₹2 lakh or more. A key feature of the plan is a higher premium allocation for long-term investors, with benefits including up to 2.5X premium allocation over the policy tenure.
Women customers are offered an additional benefit, receiving an extra 0.5% premium allocation from day one for the first five policy years, without any increase in premium outgo, thereby enhancing overall investment value.

The newly launched Bandhan Life Mid Cap Fund is benchmarked against the Nifty Midcap 150 Index and focuses on India’s fast-growing mid-sized companies. The fund provides exposure to sectors such as financial services, industrials, healthcare, and capital goods, which are seen as key drivers of India’s growth story.
