Mumbai, October 6, 2026: Axis Bank Limited has allotted 83,304 equity shares of ₹2 each on 6 October 2026 pursuant to the exercise of stock options and units under its Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) / Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) Scheme.
Following the allotment, the Bank’s paid-up share capital has increased from ₹6,227,379,480 (comprising 3,113,689,740 equity shares) to ₹6,227,546,088 (comprising 3,113,773,044 equity shares of ₹2 each).
