stock market news: LTI Mindtree, Siemens among 4 stocks to trade ex-dividend on Monday

Shares of LTI Mindtree, , 360 One Wam and will trade ex-dividend on Monday.

While announcing its earnings for the third quarter of December 2022, LTIMindtree’s board also approved an interim dividend of Rs 20 per share. Shares of LTIMindtree fell nearly 1% to Rs 4,397 apiece on the BSE in Friday’s trade. LTI Mindtree is a large-cap IT firm with a market capitalization of Rs 1,30,63 crore.

The next one on the list is Siemens, which is a large-cap capital goods manufacturer with a market capitalization of Rs 1,05,397 crore. It has announced a final dividend of Rs 10 per share. Shares of Siemens declined 1.2% to Rs 2,960 apiece on the BSE in Friday’s trade.

With a market cap of Rs 16,615 crore, 360 One Wam, formerly known as

is a mid-size company that engages in the financial services industry. Its board of directors has approved a fourth interim dividend for the financial year 2022-23 of Rs 17 per equity share. Shares of 360 One Wam fell 2.4% to Rs 1,867 apiece on the BSE in Friday’s trade.

Meanwhile, the 360 One Wam’s board has also approved sub-division of each existing equity share of face value of Rs 2, into 2 equity shares of face value of Rs 1 each fully paid up. The company will complete the proposed sub-division within 2 months from the date of this intimation i.e. on or before 18 March 2023.

The next one on the list is Banaras Beads which is engaged in manufacturing and exporting handicraft items, such as glass beads necklaces and imitation jewelry, having a market valuation of Rs 57 crore. It has announced an interim dividend of Rs 2 per share. Shares of Banaras Beads declined over 2% to Rs 86 apiece on the BSE in Friday’s trade.
