A group of lenders to private equity-backed RSA Security including BlackRock Inc. and Veritas Capital tapped advisers as the company looks to negotiate a deal over its debt load, according to people familiar with the matter.
The creditor group is seeking advice from investment bank Ducera Partners and Akin Gump Hauer Strauss & Feld, said the people, who asked not to be identified discussing private information.
