Gold, silver prices today: On Monday, June 6, both gold and silver are trading on the higher side of the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX). Check the latest city-wise prices here.

The prices of gold and silver are trading on the higher side of the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX) on Monday.
Gold futures, maturing on August 5, 2022, stand at Rs 51,126 per 10 grams, recording a marginal hike of Rs 118 or 0.23 per cent. The previous close was recorded at Rs 50,970.
Similarly, silver futures, due on July 5, 2022, witnessed a jump of Rs 831 or 1.35 per cent and were retailing at Rs 62,199 per kg on the MCX against the previous close of Rs 61,669.

The price for the 24-carat of gold was Rs 52,090 for major cities such as Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad and others on Monday.
The rate of gold varies for different regions based on certain parameters such as the excise duty, making charges and the state taxes.
