Provider of automated customer verification checks, Sikoia, has partnered with digital platform Yavia to streamline how brokers manage mortgage and protection cases.
This collaboration connects Yavia’s front-end app with Sikoia’s AI document processing solution to create a faster and more intuitive experience for brokers.
By introducing document collection and processing at the earliest opportunity, Sikoia suggested that brokers can cut down the “friction and back-and-forth” that often slows down applications.
Clients now only need to upload documents once with the key information automatically extracted and validated.
Yavia founder, Joanne Cole, said: “Partnering with Sikoia gives advisers cleaner data, fewer touchpoints, and a far more efficient case journey from the very first interaction.
“By capturing documents and expenditure information upfront, advisers gain immediate visibility of a client’s financial position including monthly spending.”
Cole also stated that the partnership gives a “clear overview” of the protection premiums clients are already paying, helping build a full and accurate picture of their needs.
“Clients benefit from easy access on their mobiles and a clear view of their finances, while advisers benefit from better-quality information, reduced rework, and stronger Consumer Duty outcomes,” she continued.
“Sikoia is a trusted partner across major mortgage networks and software providers, and together we’re raising the standard for how advice is delivered.”
The partnership also detailed that, with Sikoia integrated into Yavia’s onboarding experience, data is captured accurately at the moment it is provided.
This cuts rework, eliminates common errors and allows advisers to focus more time on delivering personalised advice.
Additionally, with the integration, clients will benefit from secure mobile access to their real-time expenditure data within their adviser-facing tool.
This includes a budget planner that enables clients to track and manage their own spending.
Positivity about the partnership was shown by Magee Mortgage Solutions managing director, Marney Magee, who said: “I am incredibly excited about this partnership and the benefits and efficiencies it will give my business.
“Scanning bank statements, and other documents as well as completing a budget planner are extremely important parts of our job, but they are also very time-consuming.
“Having Sikoia provide this quickly will help us do more business and build closer relationships with our clients as we can provide that detail to them when they need it in their new app.”
